    \nFrame format: 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, no flow control.
    \nThe parameter of encoders is set by software instruction.
    \nWhen the encoder is in active mode, that is the encoder automatically sends data to the host. Data length
    \nis 16 hexadecimal ASCII code format is: XAB> \u00b1 DATA \"\u2199\", as follow:
    \nWherein, \u201cX\u201d is the leading letters,\u201d>\u201d is delimiters, \u201c\u00b1\u201d is the sign bit; \u201cDATA\u201d is the data, ASCII format, 10,
